Blog post 2: A terrible summer

After two days of being at the motel Greg's family decided to leave the motel. They didn't know were to go but they were they saw a poster of a country fair that said that was for fun family. The fair wasn't really cool, the only good thing were the place were they sell fried butter. Also Manny had won a pig on a contest to guess the weight of a hog and mom didn't like it. At last they move to another motel but this time a better one. 


A interesting quote I found is when they are at the fair and there were many people trying to guess the hog's weight and Manny have it right." There was a contest to see who could come the closest to guessing the weight of a hog, and Manny got it exactly right(Jeff Kiney The Long Haul 92)". Another quote that was interesting is also at the fair when there was the foulst footwear contestand Rodrick won it."I told Rodrick he should enter, because if anyone deserved to win this thing, it was him(Jeff Kiney The Long Haul 88)".   



I think that this book is good. Also that they have a very bad luck, and they are going to find out the way to improve the situation.

Blog post 3: The end

When the road trip seems to finish Greg's family found a water park named Soak Central. It was a very cool water park but it was full of people. They left thir things at the locker and go to the pool buy it was crowded of people. So Rodrick make a plan and it make all the people go. Greg's faily decided to leave but they noticed that they don't have the key to open the lockersso they search it until the water park wasv closed. Mom decided to go home and one week later Greg found the key on his bathing suit but he threw it to the toilet.

A quote I found it was interesting is when they arrived toa Soak Central and they described very good how it was full of people.
"It was super crowded, and there was no way we were gonna find five loungue chairs all together(Jeff Kiney The Long Haul 164)".
Another quote I found interesting is the one when Greg give 3 choises of what he was going to do with the key and I think it was funny."One, I can tell mom and dad the truth and deal with the consequences. Two, I can plant the key in Rodrck's dirtylaudry and let him take the blame. Or three, I can flush the key down the toilet and forget this hole thing ever happened( Jeff Kiney The Long Haul 217)". At last Greg flush the key down the toilet.

I think that this book was great. I would recomended because itwas very funny. Also it was very  interesting and very cool.

Blog post 1: The begining

The week after Greg and his brothers finish school their mother tell them that they were going to a road trip. All the road trips they have done all of them have finished in a disaster. This time Greg's family was trying something different like going to the forest. They arrived to the forest and sleep there for one night but it was not a very good idea because a thief steal them and they only stay with 200 dollars. After day Greg's family was starving so Rodric( the big brother) and Greg spend 10 of them at food and sleep at the motel for only 5 dollars.

One of the quotes I found it was interesting is when Rodric brought food to the motel."The rest of us were really hungry, do we emptied out the groceries Rodrick bought (Jeff Kinney The Long Haul 63)". The other quote I found really interesting because is funny is when Greg is giving examples of the other road trips and he mention when they go visit their ant to the nursing home."her roommate grabbed me and wouldn't let go until a staffer gave her a chocolate chip muffin (Jeff Kiney The Long Haul 2)".

I think that this book is good. Also that this book is going to a be a very interesting and funny. Also that this situation would improve and everything would be fine.
